WEATHER UPDATE | TONIGHT’S CONCERT CANCELED
Due to additional heavy storms expected in our area today, combined with already saturated ground conditions throughout the property and parking areas, we have made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s Hotel MacDoobie concert.
While our new Sunset Pavilion provides a covered venue for our concerts, the significant rainfall and continued forecast for heavy weather create concerns beyond the performance space, particularly safe access to and from the property and our parking areas.
The safety and comfort of our guests, musicians, and team must come first.
We are disappointed that we won’t be able to welcome Hotel MacDoobie to the stage tonight, but we look forward to rescheduling the band for a future date. We will share the new concert date as soon as those details are confirmed.
All ticket holders will receive a full refund to their original form of payment and will be contacted directly with additional information.

Spend the evening with Hotel MacDoobie, bringing the music of The Doobie Brothers and the sounds of ’70s classic rock to the Bernhardt Winery stage.
Known for their unmistakable harmonies, great guitar work, and songs that have stayed with us for generations, The Doobie Brothers helped create the soundtrack of the 1970s. Hotel MacDoobie celebrates that music along with other classic rock favorites from the era.
Our winery and vineyard offers live music entertainment, award-winning wines, and craft beer in a beautiful Texas wine country setting. Light bites menu options are available to purchase from the winery. Guests can also choose from a variety of menu selections from local food truck(s).
This concert will be hosted in our NEW covered Sunset Pavilion.
Outside alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are not permitted. All beverages must be purchased on site. It is against TABC Law to bring alcohol onto the property.

Includes admission for 1 guest only. You are guaranteed a chair at a table. Table may be shared with other groups, seating is assigned in order of purchase. Parties will be seated together if purchased under the same name OR must indicate in notes of section at checkout.

Table reservation includes seating & admission tickets for up to 4 guests. Patio tables are covered, located along the winery building, farthest from the stage; assigned in order of purchase. Patio tables will be on second level, furthest away from the stage if concert is hosted in Sunset Pavilion.

Children age 15 and under are free admission for general admission only (does not include reserved table seating reservations). Special needs accommodations may be made in notes section at checkout. Advance online ticket and table reservations end at 12:00 PM on concert day. Admission tickets and tables can be purchased at the gate on concert day based on availability.
The winery is open for wine and craft beer purchases. Light bites menu options are available to order, local food truck(s) will be available onsite, and you are welcome to bring your own picnic. No outside alcohol allowed or tumbler style personal drink containers, it is against TABC Law to bring alcohol onto the property.
Advance online ticket and table reservations end at 12:00 PM on concert day. Admission tickets and tables can be purchased at the gate on concert day based on availability.

All sales are final and non-refundable. You can always transfer your reservation to another person.This concert will be hosted in our NEW covered Sunset Pavilion. The concert will take place rain-or-shine and will only be canceled if weather conditions become unsafe for our guests.
