▼ What time does the gate open for concerts?
The entry gate for concerts typically open an hour and a half before the published start time. Please see the specific event post for more details about the concert you plan to attend.
▼ What time does the music actually start?
Music begins promptly at the posted start time on each specific event. Concert start times vary each month to favor our sunset toast timing, so please see your specific concert date for a start time.
▼ Are Sunday Lawn concerts for all ages?
Yes! We are completely family friendly. All children 16 and under receive free admission to all concerts.
▼ Is there re-entry?
Yes, guests receive a wristband at the entry gate that allows them to go on and off the property.
▼ What is the configuration of the lawn?
Small tables are closest to the stage and large tables are placed behind them. General lawn seating takes up the majority of the concert area- there are areas to set up close to the stage and behind reserved table seating. All general lawn seating is available first-come-first-serve.
▼ What kind of payment options are accepted at the gate?
Cash and card are both accepted at all payment stations at the winery.
▼ Do Soleil Wine Club Members receive a discount?
Yes, our wine club members receive a discount for Sunday Lawn Concert purchases. Please contact our wine club manager at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 936-894-9829 x101 if you are unable to apply your discount at checkout. Wine club members also receive priority seating and are the first ones we call on our waitlist if a concert is sold out.
▼ Are there any other alcoholic beverage options available other than wine?
The only alcoholic beverage options we offer are wine or our wine-based frozen drinks, ‘Wine-aritas.’ Bottled sodas, teas, waters, and more are available for purchase.
▼ Does Bernhardt Winery sell food?
Our kitchen serves charcuterie boards, charcuterie sliders hand-made from our fresh tray ingredients, and wine-infused cupcakes. For Sunday Lawn Concerts, we will have at least one food truck or more that offers a variety of snacks and meals.
▼ Is there a smoking area?
We have a beautiful and large outdoor area and welcome guests to find a spot to smoke anywhere out of the way of other guests. We suggest the area next to our pond that overlooks the winery grounds and neighboring hills.
▼ I left my credit card/wallet/another personal item at the winery, do you have a lost and found?
Lost items turned-in or found by our staff are kept safe in our safe. Call or visit during our business hours for lost and found requests.
▼ Are concerts rain or shine?
We are a fully outdoor concert venue, so unfortunately concerts will be possibly delayed or canceled in the event of inclement weather. If we do delay or cancel a concert, it will be announced on our social media and website. We will refund concert tickets only in the event that Bernhardt Winery cancels the entire concert.
▼ The concert I planned to attend was canceled, how do I get a refund?
If the concert you purchased tickets for is canceled, you do not need to contact us for a refund. We will refund all tickets purchased within the week following the scheduled date of the concert. If you have any issues receiving your refund, call us at 936-894-9829 and we will be happy to make sure you receive it.
▼ I can’t make it to the concert, can I get a refund or exchange my ticket for another concert?
All Sunday Lawn Concert ticket sales are final- no refunds or exchanges. We will only issue refunds if an event is canceled by Bernhardt Winery. Please be aware of this before making your reservation with us.
▼ Are pets allowed?
We are completely pet-friendly, we just ask that they remain on a leash while here.
▼ Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets for Sunday Lawn Concerts can be purchased on our website until the day of the concert. Please see the event page for the concert you plan to attend for an exact cut-off time for advanced purchases. At the gate, tickets will be available at a limited supply for an additional $5 per seat.
▼ What are the ticket options?
- General Admission Lawn seating one ticket per guest
- Small table seats up to 4 guests
- Large table seats up to 8 guests
All tables come with chairs and include admission to the concert. All lawn chair reservation holders must bring their own chairs or picnic blankets. Patio table seating is not available at this time. General lawn seating and table reservations are limited and once sold out, there is no longer availability to attend concerts.
▼ How to table reservations work? Can I pick which table my party is at?
Tables are seated in order of purchase with our wine club members getting priority seating. Only requests for accessibility or larger groups are accommodated to the best of our ability. We ask that you leave clear details on any needs in the notes section at checkout.
▼ I have a large group coming to a concert, can you set our tables next to each other?
We will try our best to seat large groups together. We ask that larger groups purchase large tables (each one seats 8) as large and small tables are more difficult to assign together.
▼ What if the other guests in my group are arriving separately?
You do not all have to check in at once, additional guests may check in with the reservation holder’s first and last name.
▼ I bought tickets, but only received a confirmation email. How do I get my tickets?
We are a small venue and check-in concert guests under the last name on their reservation at the gate. We suggest bringing a screen-shot or print-out of your confirmation email just in case we have an error on our end with your reservation, but it is not required for entry.
▼ I got tickets, but I haven’t received a confirmation email. How do I know my order went through?
The first thing we suggest is that you check that the confirmation did not get filtered to your spam folder. If the email is still not able to be located, call us at 936-894-9829 x102 during our business hours and one of our staff members can help you get a confirmation of your purchase.
▼ The concert I want to go to is sold out, will you release more tickets?
Once a concert is labeled ‘sold out’ on our website it means we have hit our capacity for the event and there is no more availability at the time to attend. Guests can join our Sunday Concert Waitlist located on the event’s page to be notified if any tickets become available.
▼ I’d like to inquire about booking my band at Bernhardt Winery, who do I contact?
