• What are the seating options?

    Guests have the option to purchase a small table that seats up to 4 guests or a large table that seats up to 8 guests. All tables come with chairs and include admission to the concert. Individual general lawn seating reservations is also available to purchase. All lawn chair reservation holders must bring their own chairs or picnic blankets. Patio table seating is not available at this time. General lawn seating and table reservations are limited and once sold out, there is no longer availability to attend concerts. Tables larger than 12"x24" (TV tray table) are not allowed. High-back lawn chairs are required to sit behind all groups as to not block the view of other guests. 

  • How much do reservations cost?

    Advance Reservation Pricing: Individual general lawn seating reservations (bring your own lawn chairs or picnic blankets) are $10 per person ages 16 and up. Small tables that seat up to 4 guests are priced at $40 per table. Large tables that seat up to 8 guests are priced at $80 per table. Children under the age of 15 are free.

    Prices increase $5 per seat/ticket at the gate: $60 small tables (seat up to 4), $120 large tables (seat up to 8), $15 lawn ticket. Cash or credit card is accepted at the gate.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    NO REFUNDS unless the concert is canceled prior to start time due to severe weather that directly affects the winery grounds. Reservations are NON-TRANSFERRABLE TO other concert dates.

  • What does it mean when availability is showing OUT OF STOCK?

    There is no longer availability for that concert. You can email marketing@bernhardtwinery.com to be placed on a wait list. Include your full name, phone number, number of guests, and indicate if you are a wine club member.

  • Do Soleil Wine Club members receive a discount?

    Yes, wine club members receive 10% off table reservations only. Members also receive first priority reservations before concert dates are released to the public, as well as first priority on our waitlist reservations. Click here to become a member online! Be sure to mention you are wine club member when making your waitlist request.

  • How are the table seating assignments made?

    Tables are assigned in the order of purchase. ONLY requests such as special needs accessibility or group table assignments, customers are asked to make clear instructions in the notes section at checkout.

  • Will there be food available to purchase at the winery?

    We have cheese and charcuterie boards available to purchase, a variety of food trucks will be onsite offering menu selections. The food trucks that will be attending at each concert will be listed on the reservation page of our website.

  • What kind of wine purchase is available during concerts?

    Wine flights are $10 and include 6 wines. Select wines by the glass are available to purchase and our wine menu is available for bottle purchases. All white wine is served chilled.

  • Can I bring outside food and drinks?

    Guests can bring any outside food or drink, or coolers; NO outside alcohol is allowed to be brought onto the property due to TABC law.

  • Can we bring our own wine glasses?

    We serve fine plastic tumbler cups for you to enjoy your wine in, you may purchase our selection of wine glasses, or bring your own wine glass.

  • Are there other alcohol options other than wine available to purchase?

    NO. Our wine is only available to purchase, no beer or liquor will be available. It is against TABC Law to bring outside alcohol onto the property; we could be fined $10,000 and our business could be shut down. We ask that you please adhere to our policy.

  • Can we bring our own lawn chairs or picnic blankets?

    When you purchase a general lawn chair seating reservation, you must bring your own chair or blanket to sit on the lawn. If you purchase a table reservation, the tables come with chairs.

  • Do I need to print and bring my ticket or confirmation?

    Reservation holders are checked in by first and last name. You do not need to bring your ticket or receipt, but it does help if there are any issues.

  • What time can and should we arrive?

    The check in gate opens and hour and half prior to concert time. Guests can check in for table assignments or lawn chair reservations at the white check in tent.

  • How long does the concert last?

    The concert typically lasts approximately 2 hours.

  • What if the other guests in my group are arriving separately?

    You do not all have to check in at once, additional guests may check in with the reservation holder’s first and last name.

  • Can our table be placed near another group under a different reservation name?

    In order for group tables to the placed near each other, customers are asked to make clear instructions in the notes section at checkout indicating all reservation holder names in order for accurate table placement.

  • Are children or pets allowed?

    Bernhardt Winery is a family and pet friendly venue. We ask to not leave children unattended, and all pets must remain on a leash and be cleaned up after.

  • What are your COVID-19 policies?

    We ask all guests to review Bernhardt Winery’s COVID-19 policies prior to visiting at bernhardtwinery.com/covid-19-guidelines.

  • What if it rains?

    The Bernhardt Winery Sunday Lawn Concerts take place at an uncovered outdoor venue. You should be prepared for inclement weather in the case of light rain. During a severe storm situation that directly affects the winery grounds, the concert will be canceled, and refunds will be issued if the cancelation occurs prior to concert start time.
