Signature Choice Tasting

This Elite Tour and Tasting is a fun-lovers tasting in which you can choose to taste four different wines. The presentation includes a description of eight of our most popular wines–four sweet and four dry wines–from which you can choose to taste four of your personal favorites. You are welcome to mix and match sweet and dry in any combination for your palate preference.
You will begin with a guided tour conducted by one of our trained Elite Tasting Specialists. The tours include an overview of the winery and stops at the crush pad, fermentation facility, barrel aging room, ending with a hosted seated tasting in our Elite tasting room. This experience lasts approximately one hour.

Please note the reservation fee applies to non-drinking guests as well. The reservation reserves one seat per guest. No additional seating is available. Non-drinking guests must be 21 and older.

Due to limitations on capacity, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. Refunds will NOT be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time. Dates are non-transferrable.

No pets allowed on the Elite Tasting & Tour experiences.

Logo glasses are NOT included with your tasting. Logo glasses are available for $6/glass.

The tasting begins promptly at the time of the appointment – please arrive a few minutes early. Guests who arrive more than ten minutes late for the scheduled time of their reservation can join the current session in progress for the remaining time, the next tasting session time if there is availability, or will forfeit their reservation and all associated fees.
Same day reservations are NOT available online, please call (936) 894-9829 x107 for availability. Signature Choice Tastings are limited to 24 people per booking and are available by reservation at the following times only:- Saturday at 2:00pm or 4:00pm
