Classic Wine Tasting

This tasting is truly unique to each guest’s taste! Let our knowledgeable tasting room ambassadors guide you through an educational wine tasting as you relax in our Texas wine country setting. The tasting begins with an educational description of ten selected wines from our always evolving catalog–half of them dry and half of them sweet. Each guest can choose five wines that match perfectly with their personal palate. Try five dry wines, sweet wines, or explore a mix of both!

This experience lasts approximately 45 minutes, and we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your reservation time so we can greet you.

Additional Details

• Please note the reservation fee applies to non-drinking guests as well. One tasting reservation per person required, tastings may not be split.

• Due to limitations on capacity, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy. Refunds will NOT be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of appointment time. Dates are non-transferrable.

• No pets or outside food allowed in the tasting room.

• Souvenir glasses are not included with the tasting. Souvenir glasses are available to purchase for $6/glass.

• The tasting begins promptly at the time of the appointment – please arrive a few minutes early. Guests who arrive more than ten minutes late for the scheduled time of their reservation can join the current session in progress for the remaining time, the next tasting session time if there is availability, or will forfeit their reservation and all associated fees.

Classic Wine Tastings are limited to 14 people per booking and are available at the following times:

• Wednesday-Friday 12:00, 2:00, 4:00pm
• Saturday 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, 4:00pm
• Sunday  2:00 & 3:00pm
