We’re pouring tank samples of our young Blanc du Bois Estate and Black Spanish — giving you a behind-the-scenes glimpse at these wines in their freshest, most expressive form.
The Blanc du Bois Estate is a dry white wine with bright citrus notes. For a fun twist, we’re rimming the glass with salt in a margarita-inspired pairing, served alongside a nacho topped with salsa and sour cream — a bold match that brings out the wine’s lively character.
The Black Spanish is a young, dry red wine already showing rich, chocolaty notes. It will be paired with chocolate toffee, enhancing the depth and smoothness emerging in this fresh vintage.
Plus, members will have the unique opportunity to bottle their own wine on-site for purchase — a hands-on way to take home a piece of this exclusive tasting experience.
