Van Wilks’ name is synonymous with the iron muscle of Texas Blues Rock. In Austin, Texas, a city known for its great guitarists, Van Wilks has long been lauded as one of the City’s master players. His talents as a guitarist and bandleader have won him consistent praise and a string of poll-topping honors and accolades, capped when he was inducted into the Texas Music Hall of Fame, alongside some of the State’s most legendary players.
Touted as “one of Texas’ best-kept secrets” and recently named by Billy F. Gibbons (ZZ Top) as one of his major influences, Van Wilks has shared the stage with some of the world’s greats, among them Billy Gibbons, Peter Frampton, Lyle Lovett, Christopher Cross, Eric Johnson, Robert Earl Keen, Shawn Phillips, Ian McLagan, Darryl Jones (Rolling Stones) and many others. Playing covers from Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Traffic, Jeff Beck, Stevie Wonder, Beatles, Clapton, ZZ Top, and MORE.
He has had the honor to perform before 5 living US Presidents and joined ZZ Top at the Montreux Jazz Festival resulting in a live concert DVD. Austin fans have voted him Best Electric and Acoustic Guitarist in the Austin Chronicle Music Poll.
Van Wilks has released seven albums and continues to create finely crafted songs, both acoustic and electric, that combine low down, Juke joint blues with pop sensibility, edgy word play and blistering guitar. Van’s fiery fretwork is the thread holding it all together, and the sum of these parts is unmistakably Van Wilks!
Van Wilks and long-time guitarist Josh Smith bring a compelling mix of acoustic instrumentals, classics, and jangly 12-string guitar work that is sure to bring audiences to their feet!
Our winery and vineyard offers live music entertainment, award-winning wines, and craft beer in a beautiful Texas wine country setting. Light bites menu options are available to purchase from the winery. Guests can also choose from a variety of menu selections from local food truck(s).

The winery is open for wine and craft beer purchases. Light bites menu options are available to order, local food truck(s) will be available onsite, and you are welcome to bring your own picnic. No outside alcohol allowed or tumbler style personal drink containers, it is against TABC Law to bring alcohol onto the property.
Advance online ticket and table reservations end at 12:00 PM on concert day. Admission tickets and tables can be purchased at the gate on concert day based on availability.
ADMISSION TICKET AND TABLE PURCHASES INCREASE $5 AT THE GATE:

All sales are final and non-refundable. You can always transfer your reservation to another person. If inclement weather directly affects the winery grounds, the concert will be hosted in our new covered Sunset Pavilion. The final determination of the concert location may be made up to three (3) hours prior to the scheduled start time. The concert will take place rain-or-shine and will only be canceled if weather conditions become unsafe for our guests.
General Lawn Admission Tickets will be opened up if weather permits concert to be held on the lawn grounds. All weather-related concert announcements will be made on our website and social media pages.
