Winter Christmas Luminary Party
Sunday, December 14 4:00pm till 8:00pm
This year we have special entertainment unlike any before. After the lighting of the luminaries, we will be treated to a special arrangement of Christmas music presented by the Bentwater Amen Chorus followed by an evening concert by a special group from Austin called Voyces. Their acoustic style, harmonies and song selections blend beautifully with the mood of the evening.
The winery will be open to purchase wine by the glass or bottle. A hearty dinner of “Chuck Wagon” food, (chili or beef stew with corn bread) will be available for purchase. Bring your lawn chairs and come relax with us. If the weather is bad, we’ll gather inside!
This will be a very informal event, like a family open house. There will be a cookie walk with an assortment of Christmas treats provided by the winery. And if you would like, you can bring your own special, favorite Christmas party treats, cookies or cakes to share with the walk. There will be a $10.00 cover charge for adults and $3.00 for children 6-18 years old.
And if that’s not enough, after the hayrides and concert, we will gather by the campfire and sing Christmas carols along with our favorite campfire songs.
So save the date and come celebrate the Christmas season at Bernhardt Winery!!!
(As always, bring your picnic and chairs to enjoy this party!)

October 26: Already Gone; Eagles Tribute Band
Formed in Houston, Texas, in 2006, ALREADY GONE has earned the reputation as the South’s premier Eagles tribute band. The band is made up of five veterans of the Houston music scene, each with outstanding lead and backing vocal talents, who have practiced long and hard to recreate the Eagles’ trademark choir harmonies. The band performs with a songlist that includes all of the Eagles’ greatest hits, such as “Take It Easy”, “Desperado”, “Hotel California”, “Life in the Fast Lane” and “The Long Run”, each performed in vintage Eagles style. So sit back, close your eyes and take a drive down that dark desert highway by ALREADY GONE! Check them out at alreadygone.net. Concert starts at 6:00 pm.
