During the Summer Cellar Release Party, Soleil Wine Club members are invited to experience that journey firsthand through an exclusive guided tasting that follows the path of winemaking—from newly released vintages to wines still resting in the tank and barrel before culminating with an elegant Port and chocolate finale.
Embark on a guided tasting through the cellar, featuring exclusive new releases, behind-the-scenes samples, and thoughtfully paired seasonal bites. Along the way, members will explore wines at every stage of their journey—from tank to barrel to bottle.
As part of the afternoon’s celebration, enjoy special performances by the award-winning Cass-Barrington Academy of Irish Dance at 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Their graceful choreography and vibrant presentation bring a touch of Celtic tradition to this memorable summer gathering.

After several years away, the highly anticipated 2025 Conquistador returns. This bold Texas red offers aromas of earth, soft leather, black olive, and rich dark fruit, followed by leather notes on the palate and a lingering smoky finish.
Tank Tasting
Go behind the scenes for an exclusive taste of our 2026 “Baby Black Zinnish,” sampled directly from the tank as it continues its journey toward becoming a finished wine.
Port & Chocolate Finale: A Barrel Tasting Experience
Conclude your cellar journey with a tasting of our newest Port releases, thoughtfully paired with handcrafted chocolates for a rich and indulgent finale. Complete the experience by bottling your own Tawny Reserve or Vin du Soleil.
Can’t make it to the party? The pickup window begins on Saturday, August 1st and ends Sunday, September 6th. During the pick up window, members can visit the winery to pickup their bottles or order online for convenient pickup or shipping.
