Harvest Day for our Blanc du Bois vineyard is scheduled for Saturday, July 6, 2024! This day is lots of fun, but there’s also lots to get done! Here are a few things to remember if you are able to volunteer and be part of a unique experience.
Arrive at 7:30 am!
We’ll begin with a quick educational session on grape harvesting & our vines!
Make sure you pack:
Pruning shears, sunscreen, bugspray, and gloves if you’d like!
What to wear:
Comfortable clothes are a must! Brimmed hats are encouraged!
Stay hydrated!
This Texas heat is no joke! We’ll have refreshments & lots of water at our cooling station!
Have fun!
Don’t forget to take breaks! (We are at a beautiful winery after all!) We’ll have a relaxing lunch with wine after harvesting ready for you to enjoy inside! Following lunch, feel free to watch the processing of the grapes.
