2026 Winter House Concert Series

For more than three decades, Texas singer-songwriter Shake Russell has captivated audiences with his signature Americana blend of folk and rock. A truly prolific artist, he has written or co-written hundreds of memorable songs throughout his career.

Michael Hearne picked up a guitar at age seven and never looked back. After calling the mountains of northern New Mexico home for many years, he became a staple in bars, listening rooms, and dance halls across the region as a gifted singer, songwriter, and picker. In 2003, he launched the now-celebrated Big Barn Dance Music Festival—a three-day showcase of some of the best talent in Americana, Bluegrass, Country, and singer-songwriter genres.

Together, Shake and Michael promise an afternoon filled with heartfelt songs, masterful picking, quick-witted storytelling, and pure down-home entertainment! 🎶

This season, Bernhardt Winery invites you to warm up your winter weekends with our House Concert Series! Enjoy a cozy afternoon by the fireplace with award-winning wines, craft beer, our new light bites menu, and an outstanding lineup of musical talent.

January and February concerts will take place inside our warm and intimate concert room. With family-style seating, the atmosphere is designed for relaxing with fine wines, craft beer, and great company.

We now offer pre-order menu items to perfectly pair with your wine and craft beer selections. No outside food or drink items allowed inside the concert room.

Concert times: Saturday 7:00-9:00pm & Sunday 4:00-6:00pm. Tickets are limited and may not be available day-of. Please call us at 936-894-9829 for availability.
