Bad Moon Rising Sunday Lawn Concert
Bad Moon Rising began in 2008, after lead guitar player, Steve Combs, attended a live concert featuring legendary John Fogerty. Steve decided to share his love of Creedence Clearwater Revivalโs music, creativity, and idealism. He then formed a band with individuals who also shared the passion to keep the music alive.
After a few years of performing festivals, fairs, bike rallies, and corporate shows as an opening act, Bad Moon Rising was able to take on the responsibility of being the main attraction. Bad Moon Rising decided to incorporate different instruments to expand their horizons and make the music sound as close to the record as possible. Bad Moon Rising takes pride in what they do and wants people to be able to close their eyes and feel like theyโre living the music again.

The winery is open for purchasing wine by the bottle and select wines by the glass outside on the grounds. Gourmet artisan cheese platters are available to order, and you are welcome to bring your own picnic baskets. No outside alcohol allowed, it is against TABC Law to bring alcohol onto the property.
Advance online tickets and table reservations end at 12:00PM on concert day - Admission tickets and tables can be purchased at the gate on concert day if still available. Admission tickets and tables are limited quantity. Prices increase $5 per seat/ticket at 12pm on concert day: $120 patio tables (seat up to 4), $100 small tables (seat up to 4), $200 large tables (seat up to 8), $22 lawn ticket.
All Sunday Lawn Concerts are outdoor events. In the event of inclement weather, Bernhardt Winery will announce any concert cancelations on our website and social media. Advanced ticket purchases will be automatically refunded to all customers the following week if a concert is canceled by Bernhardt Winery.
