We invite you to be a part of our open-air Sip N’ Shop Artisan Markets in 2026! Visitors can feel the ambiance of Texas wine country, just a pleasant country drive northwest of Houston.

The grounds will be open for guided wine tastings, award-winning wine, and craft beer selections. Bernhardt Winery guests will be able to shop handcrafted goods from local artisan vendors on the spacious lawns, then enjoy live music entertainment and fresh local eats.

Sip N’ Shop Artisan Markets are free admission, family, and pet friendly. All events will be held outdoors on the open lawn or in our covered events pavilion.

Protocol and Rules:

SET-UP:

  • Booth set-up will be available between 10:00am and 12:00pm – BE ADVISED: no staff will be available before 10:00am to assist you and the space will be locked.
  • Booth Location: Outside Lawn or Covered Sunset Pavilion (weather dependent)
  • Hand carts are recommended to help make your load-in and load-out process quicker and easier. We do not have carts.
  • We do not have electricity hook ups available.
  • Booth spaces will be assigned by staff in advance. Check in with staff to get your spot assignment.
  • Outdoor Set-Up: $40 (10’x10’ space)
  • Must provide own tent, tables, all set up equipment. (Tents not required in Pavilion)
  • For set up and tear down, vendors are welcome to move their vehicle as close to the location of the market as possible. During the day, we ask vendors to move their vehicles out to the regular parking lot field.
  • Includes a complimentary glass of wine or beer.

SPECIFIC LOCATION REQUESTS FOR BOOTH SPACES CAN NOT ALWAYS BE GUARANTEED AND ARE ASSIGNED BY WINERY MANAGEMENT THE DAY OF THE EVENT.

All booth fees MUST be paid prior to the date of the event – no same day payments will be permitted.

Vendors may not sell bottled water, canned or bottled sodas or alcoholic beverages of any kind.

TEAR-DOWN: All vendors must completely vacate the property by 4:00pm.

******CANCELLATION POLICY******

1. If cancelled by the vendor, booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. If Bernhardt Winery is forced to cancel the event due to weather or any other cause, Bernhardt Winery will either refund any and all vendor fees (at the request of the vendor) or transfer the fee to a future vendor event (at the request of the vendor)
