COVID-19 UPDATE: Bernhardt Winery is announcing that we are closing due to a staff member testing positive for Covid-19.
On Tuesday of this week we posted a notice that we had been informed that a staff member of the food truck, Mary Jane’s Kitchen had been diagnosed with Covid-19. As a result, we had all staff members that had been on duty this past weekend tested. We have just found now that a crucial member of our staff has tested positive.
We are now closing the winery for at least one week and will have staff members retested next week to determine when we can reopen safely.
This means that this weekend’s Saturday Houston Hill Country Artisan Market and the Sunday Lawn Concert featuring the Already Gone Eagles Tribute band is also canceled. The Already Gone band has been tentatively rescheduled for November 29th, the Sunday after Thanksgiving, weather permitting.
We kindly ask that Sunday Lawn Concert reservation holders who would like a refund for your table or lawn seating ticket, please wait until we have time to directly contact you to submit your request for refund.
The winery will be closed beginning Friday, October 9th through Wednesday, October 14th. We will send out a post on our website and Facebook pages with further updates.
As you can imagine, we are all learning day-by-day what and how to deal with this health situation.
We want you, our wonderful customers to be safe and treated with dignity and respect. We will do everything to make sure you receive your refund.
We ask that you please be patient with us as we figure the best way to process the refunds and to reopen our grounds again safely.
