Texas High Plains, 2019 A traditional Bordeaux blend made with 100% Texas fruit, named after the famous Sarah Bernhardt. This handcrafted blend has an enticing soft nose of black cherry with hints of strawberry and oak. Dynamic pepper, licorice, cassis and dark chocolate greets you on the palate. This wine emulates two stages of her life with a spicy, peppery youthful forward with hints of caramel. Finished with a splash of our Tawny Reserve for a hint of softness on the oaky finish.
