At this time of year, giving back to our community is important as ever. Join us this holiday season in support of the Montgomery County Women’s Center.
The Montgomery County Women’s Center has been committed for many years to providing a 24-hour hotline, safe shelter, crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy and legal services to survivors of family violence, sexual assault and stalking. The shelter has been providing a safe emergency refuge for abused women and children for over 30 years. The shelter can house up to 75 women and children each night. The agency also offers a 24-hour crisis hotline.
The Montgomery County Women’s Shelter suggested the following items as the biggest need for the women and children. Many of these women and children leave their homes with what they have on.
Please consider bringing in an unwrapped item during your visit to our tasting room. The following items are being collected and will be delivered before Christmas:
