Blanco Dulce
A taste of home!  Its bellowing aromas of honey, fruit and flowers fill the glass beckoning you to indulge!  The aromas of this wine take you back in time.  It is made from white native Muscadine grapes.  The earliest named variety was Scuppernong, found growing wild in northeastern North Caroline in 1810 by Dr. Calvin Jones. Production: 104 cases

2005 Chardonnay
A vanilla buttery traditional Chardonnay that truly melts in your mouth.  This wine is rich and creamy with overtones of fresh fruit flavors of apple and pear leaving a lasting palate impression. Production: 112 cases



Merlot
This dark Merlot has an enticing spicy, peppery nose with hints of current and dark cherries.  On the pallet, the spicy gives way to a soft smooth caramel flavors with a soft dark plum finish. Production: 46 cases

Cabernet Sauvignon
This deep Cabernet Sauvignon has a smoky nose from aging in new oak, releasing intense plum, blackberry and black current fruit character with complex exotic spice. It was aged in American oak integrating tannins with exquisite, velvety texture creating a fine wine that we hope will release the tong and let the stories flow. Production: 112 cases

Sarah
This intense meritage blend, named after the famous Sarah Bernhardt, has an enticing soft nose of black cherry with hints of strawberry and oak. This wine emulates two stages of her life with a spicy, peppery youthful forward and finishing softly with hints of caramel. This vintner's special blend exhibits a black color in the core of the glass, as well as layers of purples hues toward the perimeter. It was aged in French and American oak. Production: 22 cases

Port
This wine displays an opulent nose of ripe plum, dark berries, and black cherry. A dense, deep indigo color with a mouth that is full with firm, but not overbearing acidity - and a long, gentle finish. This is another original carefully crafted for two years. Production: 48 cases
