Cheesemakers Factory, Lunch, Wine and Dessert
  • 9:00 Depart and drive to the Cheesemakers facility in Cleveland Texas (2266 S. Walker Rd.; Cleveland TX 77327; 281.593.1319)
  • 10:00–11:30 Tour their cheese making facilities, taste their award winning cheeses and shop in their delightful cheese store. Cheesemakers is a specialty cheese and Yogurt manufacturing facility. They raise their own goats and process the cheese at this location. They have a great tour room facility to seat approximately 50 people for a multimedia presentation of their operations.
  • 11:30–12:15 Drive to Montgomery (35 miles)
  • 12:15–1:30 Lunch at the Rabbit Run Tea Room*. This is a quaint, family operated restaurant situated in the heart of historic Montgomery in an antique house with many parlor rooms.
  • 1:30–1:45 Drive to Bernhardt Winery (8 miles)
  • 1:45–3:15 Spend the afternoon tasting fine wines and relaxing in the winery or on our porch enjoying the panoramic hillside views. Then indulge in an exquisite chocolate dessert paired with our award winning Port. Shop for wine accessories and fine gourmet food items in our tasting room. (Cost for wine tasting, dessert and a glass of wine is $15 per person which includes tax and gratuity)
  • 3:15 Depart for home, enjoying the warm glow of the wine and relishing time well spent with friends!
Antique Shopping, Lunch, Wine and Dessert
  • 9:00 Depart and drive to historic Montgomery, Texas
  • 10:00–12:15 Tour and shop in the many antique stores and boutique gift shops.
  • 12:15–1:30 Lunch at the Rabbit Run Tea Room.
  • 1:30–1:45 Drive to Bernhardt Winery
  • 1:45–3:15 Wine tasting, dessert and shopping.
  • 3:15 Depart for home
Outlet Mall Shopping, Lunch, Wine and Dessert
For the Outlet Mall shopper, you can fine all your shopping needs at the Willis Outlet Mall. You can spend the morning roaming through the numerous shops. For lunch you can find a warm family style meal at the Cracker Barrel resturant located just across the freeway. After shopping and lunch make your way out the the winery for dessert and wine tasting.

Chocolate Passion and Wine
When it comes to rich, creamy, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate, then drive to the Chocolate Passion in Conroe. You can spend the morning seeing how this wonderful chocolate is made and taste many of their fine candies. The Chocolate Passion is a roomy, comfortable bistro also serving plain and exotic coffees, pastries, breads and sandwiches. You can tour, shop and eat lunch at the Chocolate Passion and then bring your favorite chocolates to the winery to pair with your wine tasting!

Garden and Wine Tour
Spend your morning in the country surrounded by the aroma and beauty of plants and then make your way to the winery for an afternoon unwinding and enjoying a fine glass of wine. You have three incredible locations to choose from all within an hour’s drive of the winery. In Chappell Hill you will find the Chappell Hill Lavender Farm featuring over 3000 lush Lavender plants cascading down to a large gazebo and pond. They feature lavender tea lemonade and all sorts of lavender products. During the summer you can stroll through the fragrant rows cutting your own fresh lavender. They provide guided tours and have a wonderful gift shop. (979.836.6011 or 979.836.0084) Escape to sights, scents, and delightful treasures at Martha’s Bloomers in Navasota just 18 miles from the winery. Walking paths lead you through an amazing array of native palnts, trees and shrubs. Find that unusual perennial, herb, vine or orchid all in a serene garden setting.
